Qualifications

• Prior experience as a pizza maker.

• Ability to read orders from tickets or screens.

Responsibilities

• Pizza preparation: hand-stretching dough, saucing, topping, and baking.
• Ingredient prep: chopping vegetables, making sauces, slicing meats.
• Oven management: operate and monitor ovens to ensure proper cooking.
• Kitchen sanitation: clean workstations and equipment, maintain high hygiene.
• Inventory control: monitor stock levels and inform supervisors of low inventory.
• Customer service: manage orders and assist customers.
