Job summary

NY Pie is hiring a Front-of-House Cashier for our Franklin location. You will greet guests, take orders, handle payments, and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure a seamless dining and takeout experience.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to stand and walk for long shifts (6+ hours).
• Capacity to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with ingredients to address dietary needs and allergies.
• Previous hospitality or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Must possess or be willing to obtain state service certification.
