Qualifications

• Clear verbal communication with guests.
• Ability to stand and move for long shifts.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of menu ingredients to address dietary needs.
• Previous hospitality or customer-facing experience preferred.
• State service certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide warm, friendly service.
• Take orders accurately and process payments at the POS.
• Ensure orders are prepared and delivered correctly, including takeout.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and dining area.
• Assist in packing and expediting takeout orders when needed.
