Job summary

NY Pie is hiring Pizza Makers for our Franklin location. You will prepare, assemble, and bake pizzas in a fast-paced kitchen and deliver great customer service. We offer flexible full- or part-time schedules, daytime flexibility, and opportunities to learn multiple roles.

Compensation is $21–$24 per hour including tips, based on experience. Experience with dough preparation, topping, oven operation, sanitation, and teamwork is valued.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a pizza maker
• Knowledge of food sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods in a hot, fast-paced environment
• Schedule flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to read orders and follow recipes

Responsibilities

• Pizza Preparation: Hand-stretching dough, saucing, topping, and baking pizzas
• Ingredient Prep: Preparing dough, chopping vegetables, making sauces, and slicing meats
• Oven Management: Operating and monitoring ovens to ensure proper cooking
• Kitchen Sanitation: Cleaning workstations, tools, and equipment, maintaining high hygiene
• Inventory Control: Monitoring stock levels and informing supervisors of low inventory
• Customer Service: Managing orders and delivering food to customers
