Job summary

Eataly West Palm Beach is seeking a Pizza Maker to produce roman-style pizza alla pala according to authentic Italian recipes. You will report to the Bakery Manager and work onsite in a fast-paced, guest-focused kitchen.

Responsibilities include preparing pizzas, maintaining quality standards, and supporting staff while engaging guests to learn about pizza production; weekend evenings may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a back of house production position.
• Good work ethic, communication and time management skills.

Job Requirements

• Availability to work onsite with a flexible, open schedule often including evenings and weekends preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to exert well-paced mobility for at least 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending and squatting
• Ability to work with a wood burning oven, electric pizza convection oven and commercial spiral mixer
