Eataly North America is seeking a Pizza Maker to produce roman-style pizza alla pala in line with our authentic Italian recipes.

You will work on-site, mastering all shifts in pizza production and engaging guests about pizza production and our oven techniques.

Availability for evenings and weekends, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a commitment to cleanliness will help you thrive in our fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in a back of house production position.
• Good work ethic, communication and time management skills.
• Availability to work onsite with a flexible, open schedule often including evenings and weekends preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to exert well-paced mobility for at least 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending and squatting
• Ability to work with a wood burning oven, electric pizza convection oven and commercial spiral mixer

Responsabilidades

• Prepares pizzas according to specific recipes
• Keeps portions, quality standards and department rules
• Maintains a clean, sanitary production area per health standards
• Works towards mastering all shifts in pizza production
• Assists Sales Associates and engages guests about pizza production

A Pizza Maker is responsible for producing roman-style pizza alla pala in accordance with our authentic Italian recipes. Reports to the Bakery Manager.

• Prepares pizzas according to specific recipes
• Complies with all portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, policies and procedures
• Maintains a clean and sanitary food production area according to Department of Health standards
• Works towards mastering all shifts in pizza production
• Assists Sales Associates if needed and engages with guests interested in learning about pizza production
• Performs other duties as required or assigned
