Job summary

Hearth Pizza Tavern in Sandy Springs, GA is hiring a Pizza Line Cook/Pizza Maker for a fast-paced scratch kitchen. You will hand-stretch dough, build pizzas, and manage oven execution to deliver consistently high-quality pies.

Qualifications

• Previous pizza cook or line cook experience preferred.
• Experience in a scratch kitchen environment is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Hand-stretch dough, build pizzas, and manage oven execution.
• Build pizzas with proper portioning, toppings, and presentation standards.
• Operate and manage oven cooking times for consistent quality.
• Work the pizza stations efficiently during busy lunch and dinner service.
• Prep ingredients, including cheeses, sauces, toppings, proteins, and garnishes.
• Maintain station cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards.
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen team to ensure accurate ticket times.
• Support prep and closing/opening duties as needed.
• Learn kitchen systems and help maintain smooth service flow.
