Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to every guest from greeting through departure.
• Learn and confidently present food, beverage, beer, wine, and cocktail offerings.
• Make menu recommendations and enhance the guest experience.
• Work collaboratively with fellow servers, bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff.
• Maintain clean and organized stations throughout each shift.
• Complete side work and opening/closing duties thoroughly and consistently.
• Follow company service standards and procedures.
• Help create a positive, team-oriented work environment.
