Job summary

Pizza Inn is seeking a Back-of-House Team Member to support daily kitchen operations and guest service by performing essential kitchen tasks in a team environment.

Responsibilities include food prep, dishwashing, maintaining sanitation, and assisting in other restaurant areas as needed; candidates must be reliable, able to stand long shifts, and willing to learn the Dough Master Program requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years old or older.
• Able to stand for up to 11 hours.
• Must be able to read and write.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Willing to learn Dough Master Program (must be 18 to use dough mixer).

Responsibilities

• Washes dishes and keeps prep and packing areas clean.
• Prepares and cooks pizzas.
• Assists with wings, salads, and desserts.
• Complies with portion sizes, quality standards, policies and procedures.
• Cuts food according to standards and prepares orders for service.
• Maintains sanitary workstation and keeps area stocked and organized.
