You will own Back of House operations, coach your team, manage food cost, inventory, and ensure safe, consistent pizza production across shifts.

This role focuses on developing people, driving results, and creating an environment where your team can succeed while maintaining high standards

• 3+ years of full-service kitchen leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Protect food safety: lead sanitation and health compliance.
• Drive results: manage food cost, improve efficiency, and partner with GM.
