Job summary

Prime Pizza seeks a Kitchen Manager to lead daily culinary operations, ensuring brand standards and guest experiences are consistently met. You will supervise back-of-house teams, manage inventory and cost controls, train staff, and uphold health and safety regulations in a fast-paced environment.

Collaborate with the GM on payroll and timekeeping to ensure timely reporting and compliance. The KM will maintain recipes and production standards for all menu items, driving quality and consistency

Qualifications

• College degree in business or related field or 3+ years of Kitchen Management.
• Experience in training, developing, and leading teams of 15-20 employees.
• Ordering, receiving, and controlling inventory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and team player skills.
• High level of accountability.
• Possess excellent basic math skills and have the ability to operate a POS system.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen operations to deliver high-quality guest experiences.
• Manage inventory, food and labor costs according to brand standards.
• Hire, train, and develop 15-20 person teams.
• Ensure health and sanitation standards are met.
