Job summary

Prime Pizza is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead daily culinary operations, direct the back-of-house team, and ensure the menu is executed to brand standards and guest expectations.

You will supervise staffing, training, inventory, purchasing, and safety compliance, collaborating with the GM to deliver exceptional quality, efficiency, and profitability. This fast-paced role requires strong leadership, math skills for cost control, and hands-on coaching.

Qualifications

• Must have a college degree in business or related field or significant Kitchen Management experience.
• Experience training, developing, and leading teams of 15-20 employees.
• Strong communication, accountability and team-player mindset.
• Proficient with POS systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily culinary operations and direct back-of-house team.
• Ensure brand standards, guest experience, and product quality.
• Oversee purchasing, inventory, and food safety compliance with health regulations.
