• Maintain inventory levels of fresh dough daily based on usage
• Clean dough rolling area and equipment regularly
• Perform strenuous dough kneading movements and repetitive tasks with hands/wrists/arms
• Perform Crew Member duties when dough roller tasks are complete (pizza prep, cooking, serving, cashier, cleaning, dishes)
