Job summary

Olive and Vine Pizza Shoppe at Esplanade at Azario Lakewood Ranch in Bradenton, FL is seeking a driven part-time Pizza Cook to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality‑focused property organization. As part of Troon, you’ll support food production, sanitation, and timely service in a hands-on kitchen role.

You’ll work with culinary standards, assist with banquet duties, and engage in training while maintaining equipment and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Associate's Culinary Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of culinary experience and/or training.
• Serv Safe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learns and maintains standards in food production and quality.
• Expedites orders in a timely manner.
• Practices excellent operational sanitation.
• Executes scheduled banquet functions.
• Maintains a professional relationship with fellow associates.
• Helps reduce loss/waste.
• Communicates equipment repair needs with chef.
• Actively participates in training efforts.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Attends staff meetings.
• Checks and dates all deliveries received and reports variances to chef in charge.
• Verifies coolers are at proper temperatures and cleaned daily.
• Processes inventory requisition and receives supplies for production.
• Prepares the proper amount of food according to production or forecast sheets and plans.
• Prepares items in accordance with established recipes for a consistent product.
