Troon's Sarasota National Club in Venice, FL is seeking a Full-Time Cook who is driven to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You will learn and maintain food production standards, expedite orders, uphold sanitation, support banquet service, and participate in training while ensuring consistent recipes and quality. SERV Safe certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates culinary degree or equivalent experience is required or preferred.
• SERV Safe certification is preferred.
• Ability to learn and perform in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn and maintain standards in food production and quality.
• Expedite orders in a timely manner.
• Practice sanitation and safety standards.
• Assist with banquet function execution.
• Maintain professional relationships with team members.
• Assist with inventory and deliveries as needed.
• Communicate equipment repair needs to the chef.
• Participate in training and development activities.
