Esplanade Lakewood Ranch in Bradenton, FL is seeking a part-time Line Cook to join our culinary team. You will prepare and cook menu items, maintain a clean station, and work with the kitchen to deliver quality service for daily dining and events.

We value reliability, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. You’ll be supported by an experienced culinary team and leadership from an Executive Chef as we head into our busy season.

We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

About Us

Our culinary operation includes two kitchens that have recently undergone major upgrades, and we are continuing to expand our dining offerings, events, and experiences for our members. Our operation includes everything from daily à la carte dining to member events, themed dinners, golf events, and special culinary experiences, so there is always something different happening in our kitchens. We are looking to build our team now so we have the right people in place as we head into our busy season.

Schedule

Part-time, flexible, including evenings and weekends.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for cooks who enjoy being part of a team, take pride in the food they put out, and can thrive in a busy culinary environment. Previous line cook or culinary experience is required, but reliability, a positive attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to learn are just as important to us.

• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth, efficient service.
