Qualifications

• Must have experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, sanitizes, and properly stocks dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and glassware.
• Maintains cleanliness of the kitchen including dry storage and walk-in cooler.
• Empties kitchen trash and disposes of garbage properly.
• Performs daily cleaning of storage, shelves, tables, hoods and exhaust system.
• Stores all dishes and wares in proper areas.
• Follows safe work practices in all tasks.
• Cleans dishes and kitchen after close.
• Performs other duties as required.
