Job summary

Esplanade at Azario Ranch in Bradenton, FL, is seeking a part-time Prep Cook to join Troon, a global leader in golf and community management, and contribute to a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You will follow recipes, prep ingredients, and maintain clean, safe workstations while learning and growing within the team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients according to recipes and chef instructions.
• Set up and stock workstations with all necessary supplies.
• Assist in preparing and cooking menu items.
• Ensure all food products are properly prepared before cooking.
• Maintain proper food storage and holding temperatures in accordance with Department of Health (DOH) regulations.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and sanitized throughout each shift.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
