Stretch Pizza is hiring Pizza Cooks for our new location at The Hugh, a food hall in midtown Manhattan.

A Pizza Cook prepares food using recipes and menu items created by the Head Chef and helps keep the kitchen running smoothly. Key duties and responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations
2. Preparing food, including cleaning and cutting ingredients, dough preparation, stretching dough, topping pizzas, and cooking pizzas
3. Working with servers to ensure orders are completed correctly and on time
4. Washing and cleaning the kitchen and utensils, and storing equipment at the end of shifts
5. Ensuring kitchen operations and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations
