Job summary

California Pizza Kitchen is hiring a Pizza Chef in a fun, dynamic setting where our R.O.C.K.S culture guides everything we do. You’ll help deliver hand-crafted pizzas in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on guest satisfaction.

You’ll work with a dedicated team, learn the Dough-Pro skills, maintain sanitation, and contribute to flawless service. Training is provided and opportunities for advancement are available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation.
• Ensure timely preparation of all pizzas station recipes.
• Expertise with the Dough-Pro machine.
• Support line checks and complete prep par sheets every shift.
• Prepare all necessary items for their station as needed.
• Practice and teach safe/sanitary handling of cutting boards, countertops, knives, and equipment.
• Maintain proper temperature of equipment and perform station opening/closing and side work duties each shift.
