California Pizza Kitchen is seeking a Pizza Chef to join our team in a dynamic, family-friendly dining environment. You will help create high-quality pizzas while delivering an exceptional guest experience, and you will be part of a culture that values collaboration, accuracy, and passion for food.

Responsibilities include maintaining sanitation standards, timely pizza prep, operating specialized equipment, and completing daily prep sheets.

Qualifications

• Three to six months related experience or training.
• Willingness to learn and follow food-safety guidelines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation.
• Ensure timely preparation of all pizza station recipes.
• Operate the Dough-Pro machine and assist with line checks.
• Complete prep par sheets each shift.
• Prepare all necessary items for the station and handle cutting boards, countertops, knives, and equipment safely.
• Maintain proper equipment temperatures and perform opening/closing and side work duties.
