Parry’s Pizzeria & Taphouse | Stone Oak is seeking a Pizza Chef to craft our signature pies with precision and speed in a fast-paced kitchen. You’ll hand-stretch dough, follow recipes, and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of scratch pizza experience, strong teamwork, and a passion for craft, with the ability to work early mornings, nights, and weekends. This on-site role supports a high-volume dining operation.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of made-from-scratch pizza experience, including hand-stretching dough.
• Ability to work early mornings, nights and weekends as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 35 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and hand-stretch pizza dough consistently according to Parry’s standards.
• Prepare and execute pizzas with accuracy, urgency, and attention to detail.
• Follow recipes, portion standards, and presentation expectations.
• Understand dough handling, bake quality, and finishing techniques.
• Maintain organized stations and kitchen readiness throughout the shift.
• Communicate clearly with BOH teammates during high-volume service.
• Support kitchen flow by assisting with prep, cleanup, and station support.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Cross-trained into other stations to support kitchen operations.
