Parry's Pizzeria & Taphouse in McKinney, TX is seeking a Pizza Chef to craft Parry’s signature pizzas with precision and speed. You will handle dough, follow recipes, and contribute to a high-volume, guest-focused kitchen environment.

You will be responsible for maintaining dough quality, temperature control, and timely pizza execution while staying organized and clean under pressure. This role emphasizes craftsmanship, teamwork, and consistent pizza finishing techniques.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of made-from-scratch pizza experience with hand-stretching dough.
• Able to work early mornings, nights and weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and hand-stretch pizza dough consistently and according to Parry’s standards.
• Prepare and execute pizzas with accuracy, urgency, and attention to detail.
• Follow recipes, portion standards, and presentation expectations consistently.
• Understand proper dough handling, bake quality, and pizza finishing techniques.
• Maintain organized stations, prep levels, and kitchen readiness throughout the shift.
• Communicate clearly with BOH teammates during high-volume service.
• Support overall kitchen flow by assisting with prep, cleanup, and station support.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Balance speed and efficiency without sacrificing quality or consistency.
• Take pride in the craft, discipline, and technical execution of the pizza station.
• Accountable for line checks, taste, temps.
• Cross-trained into other stations to support kitchen operations
