California Pizza Kitchen is seeking a Pizza Chef to join our dynamic team. Our chefs maintain high standards of food quality and sanitation, prep pizzas, manage dough, and ensure timely service to guests.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards for food quality and sanitation.
• Ensure timely preparation of pizzas and station recipes.
• Assist with the 'Dough-Pro' machine and prep par sheets each shift.
• Perform station opening/closing and side work duties.
• Practice and teach safe/sanitary handling of cutting boards, counters, knives and equipment.
