Position Profile

A Pizza Chef de Partie is responsible for overseeing the pizza station, ensuring high standards of preparation, cooking, and presentation. The role involves managing dough preparation, toppings, oven techniques, supervising junior staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring food quality and safety compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Food preparation, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Plating dishes to meet presentation standards.
  • Supervising and training junior kitchen staff.
  • Managing inventory and supplies.
  • Maintaining food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Collaborating with the kitchen team for smooth service.
  • Representing a professional image through personal hygiene and appearance.
