Job summary

Pizza Standard Time is hiring a Pizza Cook / Marketplace Kitchen Associate to join our opening team. This role involves preparing pizzas and specialty foods for our Wine & Cheese marketplace, assembling charcuterie boards, and supporting inventory management to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

You will work with a small team in a fast-paced setting, maintaining quality and a clean, organized workspace while learning and contributing to daily kitchen operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen, culinary, deli, catering, or food preparation experience preferred.
• Passion for food and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
• Food Handler Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pizzas and menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate ordering needs for marketplace products and kitchen supplies.
• Prepare and package ready-to-eat goods for our Wine & Cheese marketplace.
• Assemble charcuterie boards and specialty food offerings for guest orders and events.
• Assist with food prep and daily kitchen operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace.
• Work closely with teammates to ensure efficient service and consistent quality.
