Job summary

Flippers Pizza Co. in Orlando, FL is seeking a team member to craft pizzas in a fast-paced kitchen. You will stretch dough, top pies, and bake in our 600 degree brick ovens with all-natural ingredients.

We offer weekly pay, free pizza, flexible scheduling, and clear paths for advancement in a fun, energetic environment. Training provided; no restaurant experience required to get started.

Qualifications

• Possess a sense of urgency.
• Team player mentality.
• Enjoys working in a high energy, fast paced environment.
• Must be 16 years or older to hand stretch pizzas.
• Must be 18 years or older to use our mixer and food processor.

Responsibilities

• Stretching, topping, and cooking pizza using the specific Flippers methods.
• Making & managing fresh dough - made on-site & cold fermented for a minimum of 48 hours.
• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes, using various kitchen utensils and equipment.
• Receive calls for delivery or takeout orders.
• Clean as you go.
