Responsibilities

• Prepare pizzas accurately and on time per recipes, portions, and topping chart.
• Prepare other makeline items (pizza subs, pastas, breadsticks, calzones, gluten-free pizzas).
• Place items in the oven and coordinate with pounders, wing unit, and ovens.
• Keep the pizza unit stocked and rotate product FIFO.
• Complete prep items, including preparing pizza sauces.
• Maintain makeline cleanliness and perform opening/closing duties.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
