Job summary

Take2 Consulting, LLC seeks a Badging / Credentialing Specialist – CMS to support the Badging Front Office. The role handles PIV credentialing, fingerprinting, identity proofing, and customer service for CMS personnel throughout the federal credentialing process.

You will process credentials, perform identity verification, enter applicant data, assist customers by phone or in person, and help coordinate New Employee Orientation logistics in a fast-paced government environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with PIV credentialing and fingerprinting.
• Knowledge of I-9/federal identity documents.
• Strong customer service and data-entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Process PIV credentials, including sponsorship, fingerprinting, enrollment, printing, and issuance.
• Perform identity proofing and validate I-9/Federal identity documents.
• Conduct electronic and ink fingerprinting for credentialing and background investigations.
• Enter and maintain applicant data in IDMS/SCMS and B.E.S.T. credentialing systems.
• Assist customers by email, phone, and in person.
• Scan, upload, and maintain credentialing documentation.
• Support Badging Office operations and New Employee Orientation logistics.
