Job summary

Delta-T Group Western Penna., Inc. seeks Certified Recovery Specialists in Mt. Oliver, PA to provide peer-led recovery support. You will work with youth and families, fostering trust and delivering education and coping strategies in group settings.

Responsibilities include hands-on life-skill development, coordinating transportation, and helping clients obtain needed supplies, with hours Tue-Sat 8AM-4PM or 3PM-11PM as needed.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of experience working with youth.
• Act 33/34 & FBI clearances required.
• Valid Driver's License, vehicle, registration, and proof of insurance.
• May require working varied hours, evenings, some weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Utilize personal experience with addiction to provide peer support and foster trust with clients and families.
• Provide hands-on support in developing essential life skills to promote stability and independence.
• Lead and facilitate recovery-focused group sessions, providing education, peer support and coping strategies.
• Help obtain supplies, coordinate transportation to appointments, etc.
