Job summary

Auberle’s Family Healing Center in Mt Oliver, PA seeks an experienced, hands-on role to support clients in addiction recovery. The position emphasizes peer mentoring, life-skills development, and coordinating services within a holistic treatment program.

You will facilitate recovery-focused groups, assist with logistics, advocate for client needs, and help families navigate resources, with flexible hours including evenings and some weekends.

Qualifications

• Act 33/34 and FBI Clearances required.
• High school diploma/GED.
• Valid PA driver’s license, vehicle, registration, and proof of insurance.
• Requires working varied hours, including evenings, some weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Utilize personal experience with addiction to provide peer support and build trust with clients and families.
• Develop essential life skills, including parenting and daily living, to promote stability.
• Lead and facilitate recovery-focused group sessions with education, peer support, and coping strategies.
• Assist clients and families by coordinating supplies, transportation, and housing preparations.
• Advocate for clients’ needs and help navigate community resources for reintegration.
