As part of a nonprofit serving mental health, disability services, and recovery, you will work with consumers, families, and providers to promote recovery, coordination, and independence, while traveling across the region.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Board Certified Peer Specialist preferred or required within 6 months.
• Experience with mental health services and forensic systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote recovery principles with members, providers, and stakeholders.
• Provide recovery coaching and develop strength-based goals.
• Help reconnect to natural supports and peer recovery resources.
• Schedule appointments and navigate mental health services.
• Assist with mental health court, probation, and related services.
• Attend treatment team and aftercare meetings; maintain flexibility.
