Job summary

Jobtailor in Oklahoma is seeking a reliable warehouse associate to operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers, and to support inbound receiving. You will load/unload trailers, use handheld scanners with high accuracy, and maintain a clean, safety-centered workspace while following the 7S program and quality policies.

In this role you will work as part of a team, often overtime when needed, and you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 75 lbs occasionally while

Qualifications

• Certified to safely operate powered industrial lift trucks.
• Flexibility to work a variable schedule including overtime.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. frequently and 75 lbs. occasionally.
• Able to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
• Able to stand, walk, or sit for long periods.

• Operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to push, pull, lift, stack or move product, equipment and materials
• Use a handheld scanner with a high degree of accuracy
• Load and unload trailers as needed
• Adhere to the 7S program and maintain a clean environment
• Demonstrate commitment to process excellence

• Perform inbound receiving processes

Requirements

• Must be trained and certified in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime when needed
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of warehouse experience
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. frequently and greater than 75 lbs. occasionally
• Ability to lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, twist, push and pull
• Ability to stand, sit or walk for long periods of time
• Ability to handle or manage tools or equipment
• Ability to tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments
