Job summary

Jobtailor in Wisconsin is seeking a Warehouse Associate to operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers, and to use a handheld scanner for accurate inventory handling. You will load and unload trailers and uphold the 7S program for a clean, safe workplace.

The role requires a certified lift-truck operator, flexibility for overtime, and a HS diploma (preferred) with 1 year of warehouse experience. Strong teamwork, communication, and physical stamina are essential.

Qualifications

Must be trained and certified in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks.
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime when needed.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
1 year of warehouse experience preferred.
Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to lift 50 lbs. frequently and more than 75 lbs. occasionally.
Ability to bend, stoop, squat, twist, push and pull.
Ability to stand, sit or walk for long periods of time.

Job description

Operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to push, pull, lift, stack or move products, equipment and materials
Use a handheld scanner accurately
Load and unload trailers as needed
Adhere to the 7S program and maintain a clean environment
Demonstrate commitment to process excellence
Apply the Supply Chain quality policy
Perform inbound receiving processes
Work day shift Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

Requirements

Must be trained and certified in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime when needed
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
1 year of warehouse experience (preferred)

Excellent communication skills

Ability to lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights
Ability to bend, stoop, squat, twist, push and pull

Ability to handle or manage tools or equipment
Ability to tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments
