Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. in Upper Marlboro, MD is seeking a warehouse associate to pick, pack and store product items with accuracy and safety. You will perform daily tasks using a Labor Management System and operate RF scanners to maintain inventory integrity.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, safety‑first behavior, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. A post‑offer background check and drug screen are required; benefits apply after probation.

Qualifications

• Willing to work overtime in addition to regular shift hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
• Material handling equipment experience preferred but not required.
• Must pass post-offer background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and safely pick product quantities or store product in assigned locations.
• Assemble containers and maintain supplies in an organized manner.
• Perform daily transactional tasks using a Labor Management System.
• Effectively communicate with coworkers and display teamwork in completing task assignments.
• Maintain inventory integrity and product safety at all times.
• Execute tasks using hand‑held RF units / scanners or voice units.
• Follow all established standard operating procedures for given task areas.
• Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management.
• Perform all job duties in accordance with OSHA standards and adhere to all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures set by the organization.
• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of PPE. This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400lbs.
