Job summary

Ferguson is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Wilmington, MA. This role involves safely operating a stand-up forklift to pull and prepare outbound orders, building and transporting pallets, and using RF devices to sort and scan items for accurate order fulfillment.

You will receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming material while maintaining a clean, safe workspace and adhering to PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management.
• High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior forklift experience strongly preferred.
• Positive demeanor, dependability and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed; safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock incoming material.
