Job summary

Ferguson is seeking an entry level Warehouse Associate in the United States. You will safely operate a stand-up forklift to pull, wrap, and prepare outbound orders, use RF devices to scan and sort, and verifyIncoming material.

Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace following PPE rules, including a 400 lb weight-capacity harness policy. This role requires 0-3 years in warehousing, strong attention to detail, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and a reliable work ethic.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred.
• High attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment.
• Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
• Self-starter with ability to learn our systems quickly.
• Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
• Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs regularly.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
• Keep workspace clean, safe, and accident free.
• Adhere to safety regulations, including PPE and harness use (up to 400 lbs).
