Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking a warehouse associate to safely operate a stand-up forklift and prepare outbound orders. You will build and transport pallets, use RF devices to scan items, and verify incoming materials.

Maintain a clean, safe work area and strictly follow PPE procedures, including the harness rules described by safety standards. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and dependability.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift/order picker experience is a plus.
• High attention to detail is required.
• Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment.
• Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand‑up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock incoming material.
• Keep workspace clean, safe, and accident free.
• Adhere to safety regulations including PPE usage (safety harness up to 400 lbs).
