Job summary

Power Design, Inc. is seeking a Piping General Foreman to lead field teams on multimillion-dollar projects, ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. You will plan and direct production, train staff, and coordinate with other trades and inspectors while upholding Power Design's standards.

The role requires travel within Florida and strong leadership in mechanical or piping systems. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Five years minimum leading field crews on multimillion-dollar piping/mechanical projects.
• Active journeyman or master Mechanical or Plumbing license preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of IMC, IPC, and IBC standards and local codes.
• Experience with hydronic piping, chillers, boilers, and heat pump systems a plus.
• Willingness to travel to other Power Design project sites in Florida as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage, evaluate and train field project team members.
• Plan, organize and direct production of contracted scope of work.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, inspectors and other trades.
• Coordinate production and attend meetings with other trades as well as the general contractor to identify and resolve conflicts while providing excellent customer service.
• Ensure all installations meet quality and mechanical code standards.
• Manage material and personnel requirements necessary to meet schedule.
• Adhere to Power Design's standards of quality, safety and best practices.
