Job summary

Power Design, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Superintendent in Miami to lead field crews, manage multimillion-dollar projects, and ensure high-quality installations that meet safety and code standards.

The role focuses on coordinating with customers, inspectors, and other trades to resolve conflicts and maintain schedules. The ideal candidate has OSHA 30, 5+ years of supervision experience, and a journeyman/master license preferred, with proficiency in hydronic and HVAC systems and

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Five+ years of experience managing a scope and multimillion-dollar projects.
• Active journeyman or master Mechanical/Plumbing license preferred.
• Knowledge of IMC, IPC, IBC standards and local codes.
• Familiarity with construction technology tools if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Manage, evaluate and train field project team members.
• Plan, organize and direct production of contracted scope of work.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, inspectors and other trades.
• Coordinate production and attend meetings to resolve conflicts while ensuring customer service.
• Ensure installations meet quality and safety standards.
• Travel to project sites within Florida as needed.
