Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Piping Superintendent to lead mechanical piping installations on large commercial projects nationwide. You will oversee field crews, safety, scheduling, and coordination with general contractors and inspectors.

Ideal candidates have 5–10+ years of piping field leadership, experience on multimillion-dollar ventures, and strong hydronic system knowledge. Willingness to travel across the US is required.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of mechanical/piping field leadership experience.
• Experience running significant scopes on multimillion-dollar commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of hydronic piping systems and associated equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead piping/mechanical field crews and develop talent.
• Plan and direct daily production for contracted scopes.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and schedules.
• Oversee installation of hydronic and mechanical piping systems.
• Coordinate work with GC, subcontractors, inspectors, and other trades.
• Identify and resolve field conflicts before they impact production.
• Ensure installations meet project specs, quality standards, and codes.
• Maintain safety standards and jobsite best practices.
• Monitor field productivity and keep projects on schedule.
• Build strong relationships with customers and project stakeholders.
