Job summary

Brady Services is seeking a Piping Foreman to lead a crew in layout, assembly, installation, and maintenance of pipe systems and related equipment. You will guide welders and pipefitters, interpret blueprints, and ensure safety and quality across projects.

The role requires five-plus years in pipefitting, two years of formal training, OSHA 30, and a valid driver’s license. Travel and occasional weekends may be needed, with strong coordination with Superintendents and Project Managers.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Five+ years related pipefitting experience.
• Two years of trade school in pipefitting or equivalent preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Proficient with computers and MS Office, Adobe Acrobat; comfortable with iOS devices.
• Ability to pass drug screening and show US employment eligibility.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of pipefitters and welders, providing guidance, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project requirements.
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, and other technical documents to guide pipefitting work.
• Must have strong knowledge of pipefitting materials, tools and equipment, including cutting, threading, and joining pipes.
• Assist in the training of less experienced pipefitters and provide guidance on best practices.
• Promote and enforce safe work practices, including PPE and safety regulations.
• Be familiar with welding processes such as SMAW, TIG/GTAW, and Oxy-Acetylene welding and cutting.
• Layout and fabricate various piping systems; pre-plan and schedule work processes.
• Select type/size of pipe and related materials and equipment; supervise and lead others.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and timelines.
