Job summary

Brady Services in the United States seeks a Pipefitter to layout, assemble, install, and maintain pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment across industrial plants. Experience in blueprint reading and safety practices is essential.

You will cut, fit, and install pipes, supports, and equipment, following specifications and ensuring quality. Willingness to travel to customer sites and work evenings or weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years related experience and/or training.
• Two years of related trade school preferred.
• Proficiency with tablets and smartphones.
• Ability to pass drug screening.
• Ability to prove US employment eligibility.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install metal and nonmetal pipes, tubes, and fittings including iron, steel, copper, and plastic.
• Cut pipe to length using saws, pipe cutters, torches, and pipe cutting machines.
• Assemble piping offsets and joints accurately.
• Train and guide less experienced pipefitters.
• Install pipe and related materials and equipment per specifications.
• Prepare pipe surfaces for welding, gluing, or sealing.
