Data Airflow is seeking a Pipefitter Foreman to lead field pipefitting crews on industrial and commercial projects. The role combines technical expertise with strong leadership to ensure quality installation, safety, and on-time delivery.

The Foreman interprets complex drawings, coordinates with other trades, manages crew resources, and is accountable for productivity and performance. This position requires hands-on experience and OSHA credentials for site safety.

Qualifications

4 to 6+ years hands-on industrial or commercial pipefitting experience; leadership preferred.
Ability to read and apply technical specifications; read blueprints, P&IDs, isometrics.
Active OSHA safety certifications; welding credentials preferred; valid driver’s license.
Strong verbal and written communication; problem-solving; team leadership.

Responsibilities

Direct, train, and assign daily tasks to field crews; monitor performance; verify certifications.
Read blueprints and project specs; plan installation sequences and routing; coordinate with engineering.
Enforce safety rules; conduct toolbox talks; maintain zero-incident mindset; OSHA compliance.
Inspect ongoing work for codes and quality; perform pressure testing; identify and fix defects.
Coordinate with superintendents, PMs, and subcontractors; manage material deliveries.
