Job summary

Modigent seeks an experienced Foreman III - Plumbing to lead commercial plumbing crews on diverse projects. You will oversee installation, repair, and system integration while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Journeyman-level proficiency or ability to obtain license.
• OSHA 30-hour encouraged (company support).

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a plumbing crew on daily tasks per project specifications, codes (IPC/UPC), and company standards.
• Provide daily guidance, training, and technical direction to crew members.
• Develop workable solutions with the superintendent to address issues before they affect schedule, budget, or quality.
• Review projects with the superintendent/project manager after equipment and subcontractors are procured; report conditions/recommendations in writing.
• Perform accurate takeoffs and material lists to support planning and procurement.
