Modigent Company in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Pipefitter Foreman to lead a team of pipefitters, coordinate with the Superintendent and Project Manager, and deliver high-quality mechanical HVAC installations on government and commercial facilities. You will drive safety, schedule work, supervise on-site activities, review plans, and ensure on-time, on-budget project execution.

Candidates should have 4+ years of journeyman experience, leadership experience, and a strong background in carbon steel

Qualificações

• 4+ years' experience with current journeyman license or ability to obtain.
• 2+ years' experience as a lead technician and ability to transition into a leadership role.
• Strong background in Mechanical HVAC and carbon steel piping systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and prepare materials lists.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience with government facilities is a plus.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in demanding environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a team of Pipefitters to deliver quality and customer service.
• Develop solutions to prevent issues.
• Perform on-site surveys with Superintendent and PM and report in writing as required.
• Takeoffs for projects in a timely manner.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise on-site functions including scheduling, material control, and rentals.
• Provide daily job completion percentages and weekly reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety and project procedures; document incidents and implement corrective action.
• Coordinate with shop for production scheduling and deliveries.
• Read blueprints and prepare materials lists.
• Increase team efficiency and uphold safety standards.
• Coordinate startup activities with contractors, engineers, and owners as needed.
