Job summary

Modigent is seeking a Service Retrofit Foreman I - Piping to lead a crew of pipefitters on commercial mechanical projects, overseeing piping installations, repairs, and maintenance for wet-side HVAC systems in buildings, hospitals, schools, andindustrial facilities.

You will coordinate on-site activities with superintendents and project managers, enforce codes and safety standards, mentor team members, and drive performance to meet schedule, budget, and quality goals across our nationwide

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school, apprenticeship, or equivalent preferred.
• Journeyman-level knowledge or ability to obtain license/certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew of pipefitters on daily tasks per blueprints, specs, and codes.
• Coordinate with superintendent to address issues and prevent problems.
• Conduct site surveys and document conditions for project managers.
