Insight Global has a client in St. Louis, MO seeking both Senior and Junior Piping/Plumbing Detailers. You will use Revit to design mechanical plumbing systems for large-scale institutional, commercial, and industrial projects, collaborating with project managers, engineers, foremen, and the fabrication shop.

Role emphasizes delivering accurate drawings, reviews with fabrication for revisions, and timely delivery to the shop as needed. Salary will be determined by experience.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years designing and drawing mechanical plumbing/piping systems for large pipes and duct work.
• Experience leading a project independently.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Strong understanding of constructability and construction processes.
• Experience with clash detection for mechanical systems.

A client of Insight Global is looking for a Senior and Junior level Piping/Plumbing Detailer to join their team in St. Louis, MO. This individual will be utilizing Revit to develop and design mechanical plumbing systems across institutional, commercial, and industrial clients for large piping and duct work. They will work alongside project managers, project engineers, foremen, and the fabrication shop to execute deliverables and quality. They will be working with the fabrication shop for reviews, feedback on drawings, revisions, and delivery back to shop on a needed basis. We are hiring for both junior and senior level openings, so payrates will be determined upon the years of experience.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2-5+ years of experience designing and drawing mechanical plumbing/piping systems specific to large pipes and duct work
• Previous experience as a lead running or drawing a project independently
• Proficiency in Revit
• Strong understanding of constructability and construction process
• Proficiency within Clash detection for mechanical systems
