Job summary

Power Design is seeking an Associate Plumbing Designer to contribute to our large-scale projects, performing plumbing flow calculations, equipment selections, and piping layouts to coordinate seamlessly with mechanical and electrical scopes.

You will provide design direction and review constructability with Revit/CADD technicians, read blueprints and specifications, and communicate clearly with customers, project teams and authorities.

Qualifications

• Team player who acts with customers in mind.
• Excellent communicator able to read/interpret blueprints and specs.
• Able to perform basic plumbing calculations and interpret submittals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate plumbing system design solutions considering customer needs and budget.
• Provide design direction and guidance to team members, reviewing constructability with Revit/CADD technicians.
• Communicate effectively with customers, project teams and inspecting authorities.
