Job summary

GDH is seeking a Pipeline Project Manager to oversee large-scale capital projects in the liquids pipeline sector, from planning through execution, ensuring safety, efficiency and regulatory compliance. You will coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include managing multiple projects, coordinating planning, design and construction, and ensuring adherence to PHMSA, FERC, DOT and CFR 192/195 standards.

Qualifications

• Experience managing capital pipeline projects in oil, gas or midstream.
• Coordinate engineering, construction and operations stakeholders.
• Knowledge of pipeline project execution, safety standards and construction methods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to start within two weeks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple pipeline capital projects from planning through construction and completion.
• Manage projects from small improvements to large, multi-year initiatives.
• Coordinate planning, estimating, engineering design, procurement and construction activities.
• Collaborate with external engineering firms and internal teams in operations, pipeline integrity and engineering.
• Track schedules, budgets, risks and deliverables to ensure timely progress.
• Communicate with stakeholders and follow up on outstanding items.
• Support pipeline construction, expansion and reactivation projects.
• Ensure project safety standards and company policies are followed.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with PHMSA, FERC, DOT, OSHA and CFR 192/195.
